Brookfield Place transforms an entire city block in downtown Calgary into a vibrant, 2.4-million-square-foot commercial destination anchored by the 56-storey East Tower—the tallest building in Western Canada. Beyond its striking skyline presence, the development weaves generous civic plazas, art-filled forecourts, and permeable mid-block passages into the urban fabric, drawing people in and inviting them to linger. By extending and enlivening the city’s famed +15 pedestrian network, Brookfield Place heals gaps in the streetscape and forges seamless connections between office, transit, and public realm.
