Executive Assistant
Kumlin Sullivan Architecture Studio is excited to welcome an Executive Assistant to our collaborative team. We are looking for someone who is proactive, highly organized, enjoys variety, learns quickly, and thrives in a collaborative studio environment. In this role, you’ll support our Principals and broader architectural team through a blend of administrative leadership, business development assistance, marketing coordination, and project support. Your days will involve keeping our operations running smoothly, preparing proposal and marketing materials, coordinating project documentation, and contributing to meaningful client engagement. If you love being at the center of a dynamic, creative studio and want to play a key role in helping our team do its best work, we’d love to meet you.
