This 27,000 sq.ft. warehouse was thoughtfully designed to address the challenges of a uniquely shaped, sloped site. To accommodate the tenant’s requirement for a single interior floor level, the natural grade was used to provide at-grade access at one end and dock-height loading at the other. The building’s structure features precast concrete sandwich panels along the rear and portions of the end walls, with a brick veneer and stucco assembly at the front. Located on a prominent corner, the design incorporates wraparound glazing to enhance visibility and architectural interest.
