Evanston Centre is a thoughtfully master-planned commercial development designed to complement an existing adjacent retail site in Calgary’s northwest. Spanning over 14,000 square metres, the project includes four standalone buildings totaling 28,000 sq. ft., as well as a drive-thru, gas bar, and ample surface parking to support a diverse mix of retail tenants.

Kumlin Sullivan Architecture Studio led the overall design concept for the development, ensuring architectural cohesion with the surrounding commercial context while enhancing site functionality. Our scope included detailed design and construction documentation for Buildings A and B, with an emphasis on maximizing tenant flexibility, pedestrian circulation, and vehicular access.

This project highlights our ability to integrate thoughtful commercial design with site planning strategies that support long-term leasing potential and strong community presence.
