This project involved the design of a 450 sq.m. LEED Silver multi-tenant retail pad on a site formerly occupied by a gas station. The building was thoughtfully designed to complement the client’s existing adjacent retail development and integrate seamlessly with the surrounding residential context. Particular attention was given to site planning and coordination with existing infrastructure to ensure a cohesive and sustainable development that aligns with the broader site vision.
