Previously called Strongco Corporation, NORS Winnipeg Warehouse Shop is now part of the rising CentrePort Canada Development, a new industrial park near Winnipeg, Manitoba. This single storey office and shop facility caters about 1,313 sq.m of building footprint located on the southwest corner of the same land parcel (Approx. 25.7-acre) as the Fastfrate Winnipeg Development on Railpark Way.

The architectural design emphasizes a balance between a functional front office area that includes a staging area of maintenance parts, and a vehicle repair shop consisting of 6-bays able to serve heavy construction vehicles and allocating space for future additional bays in thought. This industrial facility underwent strategic process of planning to suit circulation and operational flow of the office staff, storage spaces, and parts distribution.

Kumlin Sullivan Architecture Studio provided comprehensive architectural services from concept to completion, delivering fully-efficient and durable facility, tailored to the client’s operational needs and future expansion opportunities.
