This three-storey, state-of-the-art cannabis production facility was designed to support a fully integrated hydroponic cultivation process—from plant germination through to harvesting, processing, and packaging. Envisioned as a high-efficiency operation, the facility incorporates sustainable strategies including the recycling of plant waste for use as soil nutrients or biomass fuel.

Occupying approximately 450,000 sq. ft. on the west side of the site, the building was planned to meet stringent production standards while supporting operational flow and regulatory compliance. The facility’s scale, technology integration, and closed-loop approach positioned it as a leading example of next-generation agricultural-industrial design.
