This retail expansion of the ICON Industrial Development by Hungerford Developments builds on the success of the existing industrial redevelopment. Delivered in three phases—two of which are now complete—the project occupies a high-visibility corner site and is designed to support a vibrant mix of retail, food service, and service-based tenants.

Anchored by a gas bar and retail store, the site also includes two major food service tenants with dedicated drive-throughs. Due to its proximity to a sensitive ecological area, the project integrates a sustainable drainage strategy, directing all runoff through landscaped areas before offsite migration.
