This three-storey wood-frame building encompasses approximately 9,009 sq. m. (96,970 sq. ft.) and includes 101 residential units: 80 single-tenant suites, 16 one-bedroom units, and 4 two-bedroom units.

The facility incorporates a community-oriented design, featuring a bistro, pub, salon, and community room to encourage interaction between residents and the surrounding community. Outdoor amenities include an extensive pathway system, pickleball courts, and a putting green, promoting active living.

Constructed using flat-packed modular units delivered from Edmonton, the project leveraged expedited framing and enclosure techniques to offset COVID-19-related delays, resulting in a three-month schedule savings.

Designed to support SL-1 and SL-2 residents, the facility also accommodates higher care levels (SL-4 and SL-4D), including specialized care for individuals with Alzheimer’s disease.
