Prestige Restaurant & Conference Centre
Calgary, AB
Envisioned as a premium hospitality destination, the Prestige Restaurant and Conference Centre was designed to complement two existing hotel developments on site, offering enhanced food, beverage, and event amenities to both hotel guests and the broader Calgary market. The project includes a full-service restaurant with indoor seating for 122 guests and an additional 72-seat outdoor patio, positioned to capitalize on panoramic views of downtown Calgary, the Rocky Mountains, and the surrounding foothills.
The second-floor conference centre was designed with flexibility in mind, providing two meeting spaces with a combined capacity of 168 people—responding to a mid-size event demand not readily met elsewhere in the region. With its close proximity to the Calgary International Airport, the facility was ideally located to serve both local and international conference attendees.
The 25,860 sq. ft. development spans three levels, including a lower service level, a ground floor restaurant, and an upper floor conference centre. Although construction was paused due to the COVID-19 pandemic and global travel disruptions, the project remains a strong example of integrated hospitality design that bridges dining, business, and travel needs within a strategically situated location.
