The existing Recovery Acres facility is a 2 building with capacity for 20 men and 6 women. The Men’s building also contains the administration offices, counseling, kitchen, and cafeteria seating area.

This project was a 3-phase project starting with Phase 1 being a new 20-bed Women’s recovery building including beds, eating area, and program counselling spaces. It was to replace the current 6-bed Women’s facility which was a converted house.

Phase 2 was a 30-bed Men’s recovery building to replace the existing 20-bed facility. It was going on the original women’s building site.

Phase 3 was to take the existing Men’s/administration building and expand the kitchen facilities, administration area, and counseling rooms.

Upon completion, the Men’s and Women’s buildings would be flanking the administration/kitchen/counseling building as a shared facility, separating the Men’s and Women’s recovery buildings.
