The ROSEN Canada Head Office Development is a transformational redevelopment of a former brownfield industrial site into a state-of-the-art headquarters and operational hub for ROSEN Canada. Located in southeast Calgary, the project includes the construction of a new 9,787 sq. m. (105,350 sq. ft.), four-storey office building, along with the comprehensive redevelopment of a 5,445 sq. m. (58,610 sq. ft.) warehouse facility. The warehouse will serve as a specialized centre for the construction, servicing, and redeployment of ROSEN’s advanced pipeline inspection tools.

Strategically situated on a prominent street corner adjacent to the Calgary Rugby Fields, the facility’s location maximizes visibility and accessibility. The architectural design emphasizes the site's elevated position, taking full advantage of expansive west and south-facing mountain views. This approach reinforces the building’s presence as a landmark and visual anchor in the area—described as a “beacon at the top of the hill.”
