Development of a seven-sto rey multi-family residential development total ling 196 units along a steeply sloped site. The overall existing site consists of seven single family residential lots and adjacent to a community park. There will also be a child daycare tenancy included at the main floor which will be community accessible
Proposed units ranging from studio units through to two-bedroom apartment style along with 3-bedroom townhouse units. The pro posed development will include a minimum of 30% inclusionary housing and 40% adaptable housing units as determined by the City of New Westminster.
The proposed two tower development will sit atop of a three-storey underground parkade development tiered across the sloped site and include 208 parking stalls, 10 accessible stalls, and 23 visitor parking stalls. The lower level will also include a total of 306 long term bicycle parking stalls.
