Westview Heights, a 343-unit apartment tower located in downtown Calgary. A total of five office floors were converted, yielding 55 additional residential units. During construction, the project evolved into renovations of 6 additional floors and an upgrade to the Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Safety systems for building. The building’s ground floor lobby and retail units were also renovated. Our team provided services for the preparation of drawings, responding to changes in the mechanical HVAC system and architectural conditions in response to code issues.
